Only used twice, but kept my feet dry. Lightweight and fold up nice for storage. Fit over my riding boots, or tennis shoes. We'll see how the Velcro holds up, can be a bit uncomfortable when wrapped at top, maybe they will stretch a bit in time, otherwise 5 star. Haven't used any other brand to compare to, but these seem to do the job, and fit as advertised.
