I had left a previous comment that a digital recorder i purchased did not work with my Mac, and when i tried to call the service dept i could not get through to obtain a return authorization code to return the product. in less than 24 hours, i had a personal call from the service manager who went to incredible lengths to (a) process the return, (b) make sure i was satisfied and (c) search for another product that would work with Mac platform. I am also in the service business and can tell you that the best customer is one you have solved a problem for. 6th Avenue Electronics is a seller i will know go to FIRST when i am seeking to purchase any electronics product for home or office. I've had this recorder just a little over a year and the USB stopped connecting to the computer. I'm a college student and I have hours of lectures that I can't upload to the computer...less than a month from graduation!!!
